Our staff is committed to customer satisfaction over all else. They are not happy unless you are happy; and that is something we stand by – every time.

Education is at the core of our team building. All Salon Herdis service providers are required to attend five continuing education classes per year. Additionally – we offer the most comprehensive Associate program for hair stylists in the country. This program, developed by the Summit Salon Business Center, takes new talent through a nine-month intensive, hands-on learning experience. This “masters” in hairstyling and client servicing ensures that you will have the best experience with all of our stylists.

Every Service Provider at Salon Herdis works on a Level System. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs and beauty budgets.

Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.

In the glossy fashion early 80's, I attended cosmetology school almost on a whim. A few years later I fell deeply in love with hair design while studying at Vidal Sassoon in London, UK.
